See how your weight and body fat change over time — set a goal line, and never miss even the small shifts.

  • Switch range: 1M / 3M / 6M / 1Y / ALL
  • Tap the graph to pop up that day's weight, body fat, and BMI
  • Toggle each line on/off; see latest, highest, and lowest values

Every recorded day's weight and daily log, laid out in a monthly calendar. Select a day to open its detail sheet.

  • Each day shows weight and daily log as dots and values
  • Select a day for full weight, body fat, BMI, and daily log
  • Edit that day's record right from the sheet

Log only the items you need, on the spot

Choose just the items you use — weight, body fat, or daily log — and sync with Apple Health, too.

  • Daily log: food, bathroom, exercise, outdoor, and alcohol on a 5-point scale
  • Weight and body fat imported from / exported to Apple Health
  • BMI auto-calculated from weight and height; add a memo too

Fitona goes beyond weight tracking to daily lifestyle logging. Turn each item on or off as you like.

Rate each day on a 5-point scale for the following.

  • Food
  • Bathroom
  • Exercise
  • Outdoor
  • Alcohol

Units

Weight and height can be displayed and entered in your preferred unit.

Graph display items

Weight and body fat are shown by default. Each can be toggled on or off.
